You have been asked to speak at your church’s Sunday School class for people who are deaf. They have asked you to tell them some of the special adaptations the county offers the deaf community. Make a list of at least eight accommodations.
Your county has just elected a new district attorney who uses a wheelchair. You are heading a taskforce to identify the areas in your courthouse where changes should be made. List ten areas where wheelchair access must be available for this new official.
You have been asked to assist in conducting ADA training for all of the supervisors in your department. This is training related to Title I, the employment section of the law. Write reminder phrases to yourself about items to be covered for each of these topics.
